PVC Backplate
I made this PVC Backplate as a low weight travel alternative to my stainless backplate.  The plate weights 1.5lbs as opposed to the steeel’s 6lbs.  I made the template, cut it out with the CNC and then made a jig/mold to bend it to the right shape after heating the plastic.  I’ve tested it successfully singles and double aluminum 80s.
